Day 18

Tonight the fun begins.  Now that the car is primed and painted, the decorating begins!  Maison found a picture of Uncle Sam on the Internet for his inspiration. 

Using some painter's tape, we taped off all of the areas NOT to be painted, and started with white.  Maison let that dry for a while, peeled all of the tape off, and re-taped for the red.  Painted all of the red areas and then let that dry.  The final tape and paint was for all of the blue areas. 

He lets it dry overnight and then it will be on to the finer details tomorrow!
