Week 2: Comfort Foods Done Better?

Who doesn't love comfort foods?  We all do!  The problem with comfort foods is they are often full of all the stuff we should eat...processed cheeses, fats, sugar, everything that makes them delicious!
This year as a family we are making more changes for the better.  We don't keep much of anything that is overly processed in the house, but when it gets cold, it is often hard to stick to that!  We want warm, cheesey, and filling foods.  Who wants to eat a salad when it's 24 degrees out?  Not this family!
With all of that said, I will attempt to bring comfort foods into a more healthy state.  They will still be loaded with calories, but at least they will be gluten free, limited dye content, natural/organic, delicious, and of couse Allen Family approved!
